You wouldn't want to be hit by one as a pedestrian, you would be scarred with a huge 'M' impression on your forehead for the rest of your life.

At least it would be better than being hit by a Lexus "L".

Kevin is there air compressor there?

Also it is handy to do certain thing before you come to Broadford.

Have as full tank of petrol as possible.
Suncream is a must
Check all fluid esp engine oil level.
Bring some engine oil as spare
Check your tyre pressure before you come. Give at least 36psi stone cold.
Wear comfortable shoes, no thongs.
Wear long sleeves cotton.
Bring a smile.

Agreee Kev, or anything to add?

See you all tomorrow

Hi guys, I am one of the non-RX8 guys coming tomorrow (Taka's friend). I am a bit worried about the rain, given that my tyres are due for replacement and have less grip than a decent semi-slick in the wet! I know I should have changed it before tomorrow but I just haven't had time. But aim is to have fun and not to have the best lap time so guess it is ok. Anyway, hope to meet you all tomorrow and I am sure we will all have fun despite the narrow track!

I had an awesome time.

Well done Kev & instructors and props to Andrew for everything he's done for us.

I'll do my bit... if everyone (who wants to) can PM me their AM and PM lap times I'll do a league table - fastest AM, fastest PM, biggest improvement etc etc...

I'll be posting some pics very soon :-)

Will

Thanks Andrew, Kev and your team. And thanks Taka for inviting me along. When Kev told me a few month's back that he has a secret track that is just outside of Melbourne, I didn't really believe him as I thought I had driven on every major car tracks in Victoria. Little did I know he meant a bike track, and what a fantastic track it is! The gradients reminds me of Laguna Seca and nothing like the flat car tracks we have in Victoria.

I was also pretty happy with my lap times given my out of the box car (not even sport suspension option) and worn road tyres. What a great day despite my little off! For those who brought cameras, please post the pics.

Looking forward for pics.

From the aerial pictures, looks like the turns are all quite easy... is that true?

For the record,

Guys you are all awesome. Next time its all up to Kev as I want some track time! No chance I am letting RXVIII get a faster time than me

Black-8, the aerial pics do the track NO JUSTICE. This track is SCAREY ***! For those that have done Sandown, the sweeper, through the shicane into dandenong cnr is NOTHING on the 4th gear up hil straight into a 2nd gear 90 degree blind right hander followed by downhill chicane and half blind right hander.

AWESOME track!
