Judging on those costs I would say Winton. Would love to drive Calder again as I did it 8 years ago in my MR2 with Peter Brock, but from what I remember of that day long ago Winton is the far better drivers circuit... But hey any track is fun!

As far as the dates go I am fine with any of them. If I had to choose a date then 24th of July will do.

It is just a touch too close to the Nats...

Sounds like I am putting all my money on them - yes I am!

I would say Winton if the number is there! And early August sounds fine.

I could probably make it on any one of those dates.

Given I missed the last day at Winton, I am keen to get out there again. There is a slight chance I will not be able to get away for the Nats, so this would be some consolation.

If we can decide on a final date I can probably get a couple of mature car fanatics interested to help pad the numbers out some!

Andrew,

Yes I'm interested to join as last time was really good! But it will depend on the actual date.

If shy of numbers and you want include non pure breds & to also prove a point I could invite my business partner who just purchased a XR6T thinking it's the beez neez! Possibily intice the other partner with his STi GT Liberty.

Anyway I would certainly like to participate again if the date is right.

I don't think a pure RX-8 day is necessary.

We just need good/sensible drivers on the day, right auzoom?

Spot on Taka. So long as they are sensible and just after a good day enjoying there car then they are welcome. Last time was just a practise at organising the day and how they work.

MattRX and RXVIII added to the list. Please identify of the dates at the top which you are interested in/available for.

Cheers

Andrew

I have friends with an SV8 and monaro. I doubt I could get them to come and play, but if they are welcome (and RX8 numbers are low) I could always try.

Hey Auzoom, count me in. I'd prefer the August dates, but any will be fine. I'll just need some notice so swap shifts at work if required. Go Winton!

MattRX, Feel free to invite them if you are comfortable that they are sensible people. RXVIII same for you.

NT Rotor, Added to the interested list. I think at this stage the Sep dates are the more sensible as the weather is better then. But if poeple want to pipe in otherwise feel free. I will confirm Wed that all those dates are still free.

Andrew, the september dates might be just a touch close to the NATS. August allows some breathing space - just a thought although I appreciate its probably the worst month weather wise.
