Hi all,

I am a state rep with the European Car Club of Australia who are holding a day at the DECA facility in Shepparton on the 3rd of August.

Despite the club name, it's open to entrants of all makes so I thought it would be great to have a few of the RX8 boys and girls showing the Euro heads what it's all about :D

Its that time of year again!

ECCA is proud to be hosting another Driver Training day at DECA Shepparton.

We will be utilising the venue on the 3rd of August, and doing our events on the main skidpan, and the rear 'circuit'.

The rear circuit will be 90% open for the morning session (meaning 9/10th's of a lap at a time) and then open in the afternoon for 2-3 laps at a time.

The skidpan will be open all day with 3-4 events mapped out (motorkhana style, driving around cones etc), with the possibility of doing the large circle and flooding the skidpan if we can.

When: 3rd August, 7:30-ish for scrutineering, then starting ASAP
Cost: $120.00
Where: DECA Shepparton, 145 Wanganui Road, Shepparton
What to bring: Your car, full tank, sensible attitude, camera's

The scrutineering is really just for us to make sure that the car is safe, has nothing rolling around inside. There is no need for race suits or helmets etc.

If you want to come up on the Saturday, we will be staying at the Parklake hotel and then rocking up to DECA first thing. Some people also like to head up on Sunday morning as well, its up to you.

ECCA will be providing a BBQ on the day, as we did last time.
