RX3's (a sedan and then a coupe) both with 13B turbo powerplants.

I miss them sometimes...but not when i have to go around corners or stop.

Guy's is "Sunshine Yellow" (seen in Mazda Magazine recently) - no longer available, and no further comment.

I have had no problem with the "plastic undercarriage" on either of my 2 RX8s and I have successfully fitted Hymee Gorilla Kits to both.

Mind you if you get rear-ended at over 80kph by a semi and speared into other cars the plastic "will drop" a little bit See attached piccy for example.

My dealer rang me today and told me that as a "Token of good faith" mazda are going to replace the broken plastic undertray for free.

 

Did you tell them cause you are a decent sort of guy you will let them without tearing them a new A hole. :D

 

If they replaced my air conditioning condensor for free as a token of good faith, we probably all wouldn't have (need!) grills!

I fitted a Hymee grill about four months ago and only two weeks ago I noticed that two of the screws on that same plastic you talk of were missing. When re-fitting the nose of the car post grill fitting, I spent quite alot of time ensuring that all screws were done up tightly. I have been scrapping the underside of my nose lately when backing out of the garage, so I can only imagine that they wiggled loose. Some of the other screws could also be tightened by hand. I have ordered new screws from mazda at a cost of about $2 each. Funny how no one else has come across a similiar problem.
