From: 12 o'clock on the Beltway.
You have to reach up the tailpipe until you feel something slippery.
Then check the dipstick. if the oil level is between the two marks, you good. If it is below the lower mark, add a quart (or liter)

Your dipstick is your gauges Kenny. There are, however, some gauges in the US that has marking to show how much oil to add from the mark to full.
Is there a phobia of getting your hand dirty? Even Kalli check her oil.

As useless as the oil pressure gauge might appear to be, it can actually show oil level. On full it is 2 small slit to the right, if it even decrease by 1 or half a slit it requires refill.
