Can anyone help me out?

Hello, i'm thinking of having trust turbo kit on 05 rx8.

But the thing is i don't know any mech or shops to quote price for the kit and labour charge on top of it.

Also thinking about changing exaust pipe and muffler after kit is installed.

Can anyone help me what would my budget should be?

and if u know, can anyone please tell me who can do this job, or their shop or website...etc... ( any australian? mech in syd )

thank you.

Do a LOT of research before you do it!

The GReddy turbo kit is lacking in several areas and has actually blown several engines in the US. Have a search around in the US forums and theres a few threads that will tell you where it is lacking. off the top of my head, the hoses tend to break, no blow off valve and more...cant remember

Advan in silverwater is the authorised Trust/Greddy dealer in australia. They have a good reputation in the modding scene.
They will be able to supply, install, tune and offer sound advices for your setup, including aftermarket air induction, exhaust modifications etc.
i'd speak to them first before going to any other shops if you are going to go Trust/Greddy setup.

speak to Ciao as well, from memory he got the setup form Advan and decided to go against it because he wants more power.

Mazsport, City Performance, Ric Shaw, Rotarmaster & PacMan are all well known rotary specialists in sydney. Most of them finally got their hands on the rx8, and have been developing stuff for it. whitepages will be able to get you their contact details.

Eric's pointed you in the direction of all the known players. As for budget, unless things have changed since I last looked into it, you'll need to spend $10-12K for a basic kit install and tune.
