First of all welcome.

Secondly, I don't think any shop in Australia import them in stacks as we are still a VERY small market. You can get ANYTHING you like from Japan and every shop in Melbourne, or even Adelaide would know how to find them, in a cost of course.

Good luck.

EDIT: XSpeed in WA does replica MS kit.

EZZY here knows where to get them too!

I have the real stuff... It does block the rear wheel but not much IMO.

They are good prices, particularly they are sold seperately.... that got me thinking. ,,, must resist temptation and stick to my plan for the suspension.

Has anyone fitted any of these kits? Must admit I like the MS sides and at $300 they're a cheap option.
Ezz, what would the paint and fit up cost usually for a full kits? I'm assuming these are primed prices?

Yes but I think the big wide mouth of the MazdaSpeed style front will get more air into the radiator and thus reduce overheating in the engine. IT IS FUNCTIONAL . I know, best bet is the suspension. :D + semislick

Have you actually had problems with overheating on the road or track?

I've driven mine hard for extended periods in very hot weather and have not noticed such a problem.

I'd be reluctant to add weight and drag unless there was a functional element to the kit.

Do they supply you with the bracket for the fog lights? or you don't have fog lights to worry about?

Not personally but I have seen the Best Motoring video running 20 laps in 35 heat and the water temp went above 110 degree.

You have to have a water temp meter to know the difference... or logging it with sCANalyser

As I said ... unless you have water meter... you will not know until the worst had happened.

Weight = our plastic front will certainly heavier than any cheap fiberglass kit out there.
Drag = with lower clearance to the ground there will be much less air going through the bottom and will give a better downforce to the ground. Don't you want that?
Function = with the bigger mouth there will be more air through the oil cooler(s) and radiator

Price = if it does not fit well then it is pointness...

thinking now, may just wait till i have an accident to get a new front bumper! =) it'll prob only be a couople extra weeks wait
I can answer to this one:

Of course they let you keep the original. It is simply the bolt on. 6 clips on the top anf 10 clips in the bottom. SHould be perfect fit with all the bolts goes to the same place.

Fog lights you need a bracket that goes from the struts of the body to hold the fogs. You can buy them seperately.

I wished the stupid P plate hit harder last time, I could have a free MS front bumper now :o
