Auto Exe bodykit?

Hey guys do you reckon the Auto Exe kit makes the rx8 front look like a 350Z?

Theres not a lot of kits out there that really tickle my fancy and most of them look very similar to the original mazdaspeed one.

No, I don't believe the car would ever be mistaken for a 350Z with that kit.

I quite like the rear end treatment but I find the front air dam a bit too busy compared to the MS dam. And I think the sills look too blocky.

I like that kit a lot ... and I agree with Dave, I don't think it'll look like a 350Z

That almost sounds like a legal opinion

love the autoexe kit

ive been lookin at the kit for ova a year now....i think its the classyist kit out there by far...i would have always been my choice but the price put it outta reach for me...

the front end is definitely different than others....ive always liked "different"...its very neat and clean and doesnt look like a cow tipper like the D1GT

ive gotta new kit on order from lazi....top secret....not due in for 4-6 weeks..
i will post pics

Im thinking about getting this one. But not till I get coilovers.

My lowered springs will merge the kit and speedhumps to become one with each other!

I'm with Kall, whose metaphor is very accurate. The air inlets look amateurish to me. I also thing the little triangular cutout under the headlights looks strange.

There was no bill, so it doesn't qualify.

Ever think that It's not a shopping list and more like a sponsor list. Because that is what it was on there for almost 2 years ago. My car was the first RX-8 to get the K&N Gen 2 intake. That pic was taken at HIN as they were setting up. I guess when you are testing new product and it's free you'll put the logos on.

The Star logo is Vivid Racing. The wheels are Work Emotion CR kai.

I don't display the car anymore because I don't have time, but both of my cars have been sponsored by BF Goodrich, K&N, Motegi Racing/RO_JA, Nitto, Vivid, Shining Monkey, Mobil 1, 2Fast.com and some others that I can't remember.

It's funny that my grocery list has gotten me a lot of nice things for free over the years. And I've met some great people along the way.
Nitto at the Summer Nationals 2005 in Topeka - Top Fuel was SICK!

Met Kazuya"Chunky" Bai from the Signal Auto drift team in 2004 during my stint with BFG. The 8 in the background is mine.

Hung with RJ DeVera during the Motegi RO_JA deal

I don't brag about any of this stuff unless someone makes a stupid comment. I'm proud of my car and what I have done with it regardless of how dated you think a 2 year old photo might be.
Anyways gotta go. I may need to get my grocery list updated again. I need some more hook ups.

touche.... i had the similar thing on my doors when i was competing my other mazda in the australian showcar scene back in the 90's and i refer to them "the shopping list". i didnt like it, but had to have them on the car due to sponsorships
and when modding and competing a car, sponsorship is the way to go

Some people have a wish list.
Not me.

I won't advertise for someone that isn't paying in some way.
