It a unit that reflashes the OEM ECU. So rather than having a piggy back ECU, you just reprogramme the factory one. There are other things you can do, such as increasing the OMP rates, turn off specific CEL.
Cost I believe was $650USD plus shipping but MM would have to clarify.
