WOW that is a 1 gram increase in weight - that is very "RICE" having the bose logo on - REDUCE PERFORMANCE - what are you doing Mazda

Think it says it will be "copper red"? ? The paint looks a bit more reddish then Gregs

I am refering the interior... does Greg (jormatom) has swede or full leather. In both cases, they are beige and hard to take care of

I'll upgrade ASAP provided the new RX8 is a super dooper 3 rotor renesis. (NA of course)
I'll choose alacantra over full leather.
Alcon or Brembo brake upgrade (4 pots for front will do).
Xenon high beam lights.
And I'll take velocity red.

Back to topic...

Love those alacantra trim. What other interior colour does it come with?

My dads 929 is white/beige leather. Car is like 8yrs old leather still clean as. Cept its like got a different feel to the rx8 leather.. rx8 leather feels "tighter?" Well i guess after all the 929 cost $90,000 bak in 1997 lol

I saw an interestingly coloured RX8 on a car transporter the other day - driving along.

It was a metalic blue with a bit of turquoise or emerald in it. Could it have been one of these??

Hi guys,

I've been away for a little while, and finally got back to the forum.

I guess I haven't been updating the forum lately and found this new 2006 Special Edition rx-8??

This is my Q - sorry for all the hassel here, but like i said, i've been away a little bit...

i guess the main question here is : what's the difference between the 2005 Special Edition and 2006 Special Edition? i actually own a 2005 special edition rx-8 (those who went to the NSW cruise in 2005 Sep, would remember me... hopefully...

)

the only frustration(?) is that i seem to be the only one with the 2005 special edition at this time? do we have other people with the special edition? - i got mine 2005 May.
The only reason i ask is because i have had some issues with the car, and it took almost 3 weeks to get the paint for the so called "radient ebony" colour... hm... i hope i'm the only one having to go through this process.

anyway, great to be back on the forum.

will catch up with the NSW at the March drive, hopefully.
