I'm here. Just not finding much to say recently.

I'm 80% sure about the Nats. Just trying to manage some work scheduling in October and November atm - some long cases coming up then. I'll advise when I'm more certain.

A "continuance"?!! Sorry, we don't speak yank in Australian courts. I think you mean "adjournment".

Even if I could manage to get the Friday off, it's not possible to walk out of court at 4pm on Thursday and walk back in at 10am on the Monday without doing anything in between.

Unless, of course, I work up further cross-examination and other prep between track sessions.

I'll see what I can do. Unfortunately, I've been briefed in this thing since the beginning of '05, so it's a bit hard to walk out of now...
