intoE, I have to check with auzoom as he is the money man. I think once there are 25 people list or about a month before the event we will need payment. It is simply diving cost among all of us - so it is hard to tell you how much now.

Hope it is clear, but yes we need payment upfront at some stage.

OK Taka I have 3 more!

1. Russell from Essendon Tyrepower wants to bring his Datsun racecar up like on the Honda day. This will be handy as he will bring his whole race kit too which means there will be plenty of tools & know how just in case, as well as some proper track tuition if needed!

2. The blue supercharged S2000. He did a 1.41 up there last weekend! You might remember him from the last Honda day at Winton. Is a really nice guy.

3. A blue STI. He races his STI in a club championship. (Will be coming up with Russell... Russell does all the race prep/setup on his car)

 

Sorry mate, I am guessing you are a friend of, or you know Taka. Just didnt want the day to be a free for all with just anyone coming. People driving expensive cars tend to be reluctant to track them when there are hoons in their inexpensive car tracking as well.

I've only ever been onto Winton once.
If I get to go this time, it'll be my 2nd time round

I intend to run my stock S2000 with better brakes, just to see if I can improve my time.

So...do I qualify?

Just divide $3750 by the number of people to work out the cost.

So far we have 23 people listed so we are looking at around $150-200 per person.

At this point I am going to ask for a deposit of $100.

Do you guys normally stay at Benella on the Sunday night? Ive done this before and it was good to arrive at the track fully refreshed.

 

We stayed at the Top of the Town motel last time. Not sure I will do this time though

 

Is that Hotel on a corner ? Pretty sure thats where I stayed at least the name sounds familiar.

That's what I did last time, infact arrived too early & still no problem driving back in the afternoon. Although I certainly didn't do the number of laps on (or "off") the track you did on the day.
