bump... it's no answer to this ^^^ question that's keeping me from ordering. If given the choice, I'd like it without the atkinsrotary.com etching, but the bordering is fine.

i feel the same way which was why i asked. No offense but i don't like not getting paid by a company to advertise for them.

When i 17, my first car was a Chevy Corsica. The dealer i bought it from put their dealer stamp on the trunk. It was an painted on tattoo. Wasnt there when i test drove it a week prior but when they prepped it to be received, they added it. That torqued me hard. I don't advertise for free. Made them remove it or lose the sale. The dealership had to completely repaint the trunk because of it.

Visible company names on my car = sponsorship.

 

If it's a matter of retooling, or running a special batch without the etching, I'd be willing to pay a couple $$$ extra for it.... even if it means less work in the end.

And it's not a matter of going else where. The ones rx8strakes sell look incomplete without the badge... The atkins ones I think would look really nice otherwise.





The atkins one just looks nicer... easier to clean too
