Online store shipping update United Kingdom & Canada

My web site will now take orders from Canada & United Kingdom

So this means I have set the store up to ship to these 2 countrys...

Well we get enough that E-mail us asking if we will ship to them in XXX country, plus there are some features that we are still learning as we go forward..
