Hey I ordered an skunk2 upper ball joint from Assaultech 3 weeks ago. It has never shown up and I never received a tracking number. I have called at least ten times and no one answers and I sent an email in over a week ago with no response.

Please either refund my money or overnight the ball joint.

Davidss, I have come to find out that Assaultech does not stock all the parts they offer. I, for instance, purchased a GReddy SE exhaust and it took about a month to get it. The reason being is they had to wait for their shipment from GReddy and then forward my order to me. The RX8 is a somewhat rare car when compared to other cars like that of a Mustang or 350Z. For this reason orders may entail longer than normal shipping times. Be patient I'm sure Dan will get your part to you.
