put all the 'im new' in the same place?

i quickly wrote this on another thread in discussion. i find 'hi im a new owner' everywhere on the site. i know we have to welcome new club members but i know i cant be the only one whos tired of reading 'should i buy an rx8?' couldnt all of those newb posts be held in the same spot? anybody agree?

all such threads should be in the discussion forum or the lounge. however sometimes a person has a question and is best served by being in another section.

for instance "hi im new and was thinking about buying some wheels, will these fit?" should probably be in the wheels/tires section.

mods cant be everywhere. if you see a thread that you think should be moved hit the report button.
