and another:

Batteries were pretty dead, so quality is not up there.

This is on jic's, rear seems higher, but it's probably because of my driveway.

No idea, but at least it's fully adjustable

edit: 26 1/2 " from ground to the lip of the front fender.

Any stock suspension people around willing to measure theirs?

I'm a newb so what are JICs.. and what are the advantages of lowering? Dont it screw up your suspension?

Every lowered car I see bounces like crazy on the tiniest of bumps..

Maybe it's just the angle mikeb, but the rear looks lower than the front. Did you just change the springs or did you go with complete new units? And are they height adjustable?

27 1/2 inches front, 27 inches rear, both measured parallel to the center of the wheel.

Thanks Omicron!

So that's just an inch lower.... wow, guess I could go down a bit lower, but what good is a slammed car?

edit: 26.5 front 26 rear.

So that's only an inch lower right now. There's two autox's this weekend. I'll have to make some adjustments between the two and see what works the best.

What's the ride like on the Eibach's? Presumably that's just with springs fitted, and standard shocks?

Is it me, or does it look like it sits lower at the back than the front on the VelRed car?

Yes, please give us an evaluation of the change in ride and handling, if any.
