I finally Flooded it

I have read through threads but dont really see a sure fire way to start it
After nr 5 years never had it not start I finally managed it, I can only assume it is flooded, I have tried loads of ways to start it, no joy, will a short bump start fire it up? or does it need a tow start?

I though the last mod was suppose to sort out the flooding issues when shut off cold

oh well Lesson Learnt.
One thing is for sure it was never going to start in a million years how ever many times I cleaned the plugs dried them, dried in the engine, jumped start, charged battery up

TOW for the win started in a few hundred yards, If only I had known there was a towing eye hidden away.
Thanks for the poster who bought it to my attention to look up in the manual

The Access Port will prevent flooding as it does not run pig rich at idle.
