it's been more than a week since I ordered, I emailed him on the forum and to his email address on the website. No response at all. Nothing in the mail. I am very dissapointed and suprised how someone can do business without ever communicating to their buyers.

Well if that's the case, it is illegal for him to have his site routing you to paypal to pay...that should mean he is in business and he is liable.

he's in college, might just be a busy time for him

by Paypal standards a week isn't that long of a time to start barking ...

ok. I have heard he is good guy. And yes, I can wait. But for his own reputation as a fellow RX8forum member, we all should let him know that he should put either his situation or delay of processing on his website so this kind of negative publicity doesnt take place.

Thanks for the update guys. I hope I will hear from him

to correct my statment, it's been more than 2 weeks. Not a week. I am not expecting my items soon but I was expecting the courtesy of an email. so for your point teamRX8, I am not BARKING. I am trying to find what's going on and I did.

I have ordered numerous things from Polak over the years and he has been a pleasure to deal with. I hope he takes care of this Issue and he doesn't let something so small ruin his rep around here.

I know he is moderator on the forum, and a very liked member. But if he is a moderator he should hold himself to better standards. And maybe he doesn't know what he is doing is illegal to take money and never send any goods within a reasonable time limit. My advise to him would be stop accepting paypal / directing people to paypal from his site until he is ready to fulfil orders on time, and to get his current backlog cleared.

If this continues on, he can end up in more trouble than just bad publicity

OH Great!

This is just perfect! I hope Polak is still around and filling orders!

I just placed a $160 order through his website a couple days ago. Used PayPal, but am hoping he is still filling orders.

Has anyone heard from him?

Thanks!
Will

Good luck mate. I know what i spent was very little money, but in your case, you might have to follow-up about it. Also, even if I spent little money, it's stil money, so I am also going to ask paypal about this
