I got a call from a mazda cust serv rep. I had called on wednesday to ask if my survey had been read yet, because I had wrote them a 2 page letter about my issues with the dealer.

I called at 11am, the woman told me she would call me back by noon to confirm. She didn't call me until 1 but she appoligized, that she was unable to call at Noon. Great!

So but she said, that they receive SOOOO many surveys they could not tell me if they had mine or not. And that I should call back in October.

I got another call today from the same woman, saying that YES they did receive my survey and they will be contacting me shortly in order to discuss it further!

WOOHOO! If nothing else I got that far.

P.S. The crappy to the gas station on Hwy 7 that didn't clean my car properly, f u I called Esso about it, they are going to give me 2 free washes

Ive never taken my car to a carwash.....never parked it parallel to other cars either, but that was another issue in the door dinger thread.

 

I was going to a meet I had to clean it!

Anyway about the survey they sure do read them and are taking my comments up the management chain!

 

Hey got a weird phone call today from my sale director, giving me **** for the bad survey I sent in.... jeeez m they should make that thing private , now i'm wondering if I should change dealers, call me paranoid, but dont want them toying with the car ....

You have to be kidding... he gave you ****? Dump them quick! Was it that bad what you said?

 

They do make them private, they remove your name and information like VIN # but your dealer can figure out easily enough.

IE, were you the only RX8 that dealer sold ? Or the only one that could have possibly already sent in the form?

In my case it would be obvious I'd be the only one that had major problems with "Mike" the finance guy.

 

He sold 4 of them, but he told me, that he just flip the survey and he was in pure chock just to see my name with the service he gave me... The problem is even if he gave me service the rest of his bunch, had no idea what an RX8 was

Even phoned up MC to tell them about it, and the guy sounded like a real As.hole about it.


Oh well, life with mazda I guess

P/S Oh yeah it was bad, i mean the innaceptable box was bright red !!, Even the car wasnt preped good, it was full of train rust ( u know the small specks stuck in the paint , I had to clay bar it ) and they installed the rear spoiler they left the metal shards their so like after a couple of days , they had magically turn to rust, had to toothbrush them out) so u get the picture
