- how much underbody corrosion and rusting? Maryland cars can be hit or miss (i live here and have seen a span).

I will get pictures of the engine bay and underneath up later today. Those are the current tires on the car, I put about 11,000 miles on the tires since ownership and they had about 2,000 on them when I bought it.
I second getting compression numbers and maybe some underbody pics to show how much rust is on the undercarriage. Was this car driven through winters in Maryland? I am also in the market for a R3, so I am interested.
Here are the pictures of the engine bay and underside. To answer some questions, no this was not driving during the winters in Maryland, I have a daily driver. And the rectangle thing on the trunk was there when I bought it. Radio receiver? I have no idea, though I have seen at least 1 other one on the forum with a similar looking box there.
