i check the bulb... it's fine... i swapped the bulb with the otherside and it work on the driver side

any idea why it is not turning on? could it possibly be caused by the DRL module?

man i hate to say it... but i am starting to hate my car... so many problem...

DRL fuse checked... and highbeam head light fuse check.
just to double check... only one fuse for highbeam correct?
no left and right highbeam?
