I couldn't come up with anything in a search, so I wanted to see if anyone has heard of Planted Technology.

I ordered a seat bracket for my car, got it about 3 business days later and fit perfectly. It's SUPER low so the driver height should be much improved once I am able to get an aftermarket seat in there - it will be a side mount directly bolted to the bracket rather than using sliders as that would still find me sitting way too high.

The bracket is also surprisingly light, but feels very sturdy. Some of the rally/AWD guys have been using them and have posted some good reviews as well.

My garage is really tight and the light in there sucks, so I couldn't get very good pics of the bracket in there.

What seat is it designed for or is it universal?

Universal. They sell universal side-mounts as well. I didn't want to order more than I needed to before I found out if the bracket was a direct bolt-in, especially given that there is not a lot of info out there about them.



I still have a pipe dream of getting someone to fab me some S-brackets so I can still use my OEM Recaro seats, but I don't know how realistic it is. Will find out after this track weekend.
