My Oil Cooler Screens

Just showing you guys my custom oil cooler screens I made. way cheaper than buying the RB ones.

I went to my local hardware store and bought some 1/8 screen and wrapped it around the plastic housing of the oil coolers. pretty easy! what do ya guys think?

I remember reading something about the screens needing to be as close as possible to the oil cooler(RB ones are convex for this reason, and so they don't actually touch the cooler) or you could impede airflow.

How close are your screens to the oil cooler? It might not have a huge effect but even a little higher temps would kind of suck.

its 1/8th window screen so its pretty open still so I dont think it will effect the airflow to much. I wrapped it around the outside of the plastic piece around the oil cooler screen. I just wanted to stop grass hoppers etc. from hitting it. not that hard for me to remove either if it does cause problems
