OK I'll bite, what's the difference between standard and sport suspension? Does that mean the sport suspension you can get with the 8? Did the dealer do the re-alignment?
Regards,
Kevin

The sport suspension comes standard with the 6MT cars. The Base A/T comes with the standard suspension.
Which makes me wonder what you have on your car... You have an Auto with the GT package. Larger brakes, 18 inchers etc..If you have your sticker it will be on there. It reads..."sport tuned suspention" under standard equipment.
As for my appt Monday at the dealer......It was dead on straight. They gave me a printout and also the specs....which was what I posted. The tech said "the only thing that could be wearing the outer edges of an aligned car...with negative camber...is aggressive cornering". I said.."hmmm.....no.....no...I havent been doing that..."

...and he believed you, owning an RX-8 and all, why??
Now you have me wondering. I will have to check my window sticker. I thought the GT package incorporates all the "other" packages into one? Maybe I'm mistaken?

Reading the features and specs from the website.........It looks like you do have the sport suspension. The way it reads is that it is a package option or standard with the 6MT. Dont worry Kevin...your good to go
