Oil Cooler Steaming

Its about 40 degrees out today (rainy), after the drive home from work the front right oil cooler was steaming while the front left was not. When placing my hand in front of both the front right was much warmer then the front left (explains the steaming). I know the coolant temp didn't go above 185 degrees so the engine was not close to running hot. Any ideas why there would be a difference between the two? Something I should think about replacing?

Oil flows into one oil cooler, then out and down a line to the other oil cooler, then back to the block.

Oil will always be hottest in one oil cooler as a result.

Gratz! Everything is working normally

I should probably add that cold air and damp air (or both) will both shed heat faster than warm or dry (or both). In 100F ambient temps in Arizona, the coolers probably have much closer temps. In cold wet air though, just one cooler will be doing nearly all the work, as there wont' be much left to cool by the time it gets to the 2nd.
