Exclamation Mysterious Stall When Driving

I can't figure this out, but when I am driving and push the clutch in fpr a few seconds around 5 to 10 seconds and it stalls. Here are the symtoms.

1. Happens around 37+ mph, anything below doesn't do it. I can pop start it fine too when it stalls, and the car runs great no signs of anything wrong, no codes or funny behavior.
2. Tried it with dsc off, ac off, heater off, then turned all back on and still did it.
3. Alt is charging 13.7 to 14.1, battery is good and holding charge, new coils, plugs, wires, everything tuned up and all fluids changed.
4. 53 degrees outside, intake temp 90, coolant 213, still does it at colder temps also.
5. Did it stock, and now it still does it with intake and pulleys and flywheel. No vacuum leaks and fuses are all good.
6. I cleaned the throttle body and it still does it.

Does anyone know what is going on.

Man,

This had happen to me before. I went and change coils (4), Plugs (4), wire (4), new battery (Optima red top - second one.). Same thing happen just like what happen to you. So one day, start to call up the dealer and ready to handed out money so they can diagnose it. MAF malfunction? Alternator? Fuel Pump? Dead rotors? Many questions. Soo, before I take it in to the dealer, I pop the hood, and take a good look at it. Starring at the engine bay wonder what could be the problem I decide to take the air box out and have a good look at the air filter. I realize the throttle body has some oil and carbon built up so I decide to take it out and clean it up using throttle body cleaner and while I am at it, i clean the MAF with a bottle of MAF cleaner as well. The carbon stick really hard on the surface where the butterfly and the body meet and I notice that, the butterfly is open a little eventhough it suppose to be close. I fingure that is how it keep the engine breathing and now the carbon is blocking it so no air is getting in. that is why when you lift your foot off the throttle, the butterfly will be close but not all the way to keep the engine from completely die; however, the carbon built up cause the throttle to close completely and that is why we got this symptom. I had to use sand paper to clean it out after reading a DIY thread from this site how to clean the throttle body. My car now run smooth, better throttle respond and symptom like you have disappear.

Try it. I don't think it would hurt your car.

Plugs are tight, and wires snap on and let you know there on, and I also checked that. holding it in for that long to pull into my driveway and coast done it since it goes down hill, and it's a little rough so I don't need much speed, and sometimes in amish town you push it in that long keep it in gear that way you coast to them and if you can pass then you just let out the clutch and if you can you gotta shift down to 1st, since they only go about 5 mph.

Well guys I fixed it, I was putting the car back to stock when I noticed lots of corrosion around positive term so I took it all apart and there was a small crack at the bottom of the post, went and got new battery, cleaned the terms put it on and tried it, and it did not stall no matter how fast I went and held the clutch in. So it must not of had enough electric power to power the coils at the higher speeds, at least that's my guess. Thanks for the help, don't know what I would do without sites like this, besides waste tons of money at the dealerships when you can't figure what the hell's going on.
