E-Brake Light/Electrical problems?

A few weeks ago I posted that my E-brake light comes on randomly. I also blew a fuse a few weeks back as well. In the manual, it says check the fluid level or their is a serious electrical problem present. Now, my car does not start, and it stalls at idle if it ever does start. I have the Greddy kit and Interceptor installed as well as a midpipe. If it's an electrical problem, or if any1 has experienced anything like this before, what causes it and what electrical problems could be present? It could easily be an engine compression problem, but I find it odd that when and if I do crank it up it drives well, w/ the occasional E-brake light, which makes me think it could also be an electrical issue. I don't wanna go back to my local dealer b/c of all my mods, so I'm just looking around for any input now. Thanks.
