Clutch Issues after warmup

Recently I ran into some clutch issues. I ended up purchasing a new clutch kit the Exedy Stage one clutch kit and had it installed by a mechanic that I herd had good reviews.. or so I though possibly?

When the issue happened I herd a loud snap from my clutch pedal and it was snapped all the way to the floor, knowing nothing about clutches I assumed it was the worst case scenario thinking the disk snapped so I ordered a new clutch kit. Well after 2 n a half weeks I finally get a call from the mechanic saying that there was a recall on a bracket for the clutch pedal and instantly I knew that that was the only thing wrong with it. Well I thought no big deal at least I have a new clutch kit installed and wont have to worry about it going bad for another 100k miles. This whole limbo between the dealership and the mechanic took about a month before I got my car back and it was "fixed".

Well about 100 miles later after the install I start my car and its running fine.. about 10 miles later I pull up to my house and come to a dead stop and go to back up into my drive way and as soon as I try to put it in reverse I hear a sound like its rubbing and rattling against something in the clutch really loud like the sound if your foot isn't all the way down on the clutch pedal and go to shift gears. I manage to get it in reverse and I hear a loud drop sound following that like its dropping the clutch really hard.

I started it up this morning and it seems to have been running fine but after 10 miles it started doing it again so I am guessing it has something to do with the engine warming up. I checked my break fluid and it was still fine. Now I know nothing about clutches and almost nothing about cars so I wanted to see if anyone could possibly think of anything that Is causing this so I'm not just taking it to a mechanic that is going to work on my car for another month or whatever the hell he is doing.

If anyone is wondering why I didn't have it taken to the dealership in the first place I was trying to avoid towing fees which I ended up having to pay for anyway... which ended up throwing me in debt now I am about a couple months behind on my bills because of all this so I am not exactly financially stable to be just taking it to the dealership and having it fixed again for who knows how much..

Sorry it was quite a read for everyone to hear my issues on the subject and would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I would just like to know if anyone seems to know whats going on with my car I just hate to be in this blind spot not knowing. Thanks again!!

Update: Well I took it back to the mechanic and he is saying that it just needs to be bled out a little more and he will be looking at it later today or tomorrow. Sounds like it could be the issue but I also asked him what kind of break fluid he added to my car he said DOT 3. Now the cap says to use DOT 3 the user manual also recommends DOT 3 break fluid but I am a bit concerned thinking it should be DOT 4 Break fluid seeing as how its a racing clutch and this issue only happens when the car is warmed up completely.

It is also a high chance that I am wrong on this, again I am no car mechanic no matter how much I want to learn to work on my car. I am still looking for answers but we will see..

Well I got my car back from the mechanic and turns out there was an adjustment on the clutch pedal he missed so its a lot higher and he bled the line out even further.
So far seems to be running good again but we will see after much more miles
