Hello everyone,

I have a huge probleme with mazda and need some advice....

In july my engine broke ... then they replace it under warranty for free, 1 month and a half later they call me to say your car is ready.
I went to mazda so happy to get the car back and then the CEL was on and the dealer said it wiull pop off just after few miles.... but it didint so i brought the car back to check it out they asked me to pay 100 dollar just to ckheck the car and they said that i have a misfire cilynder number 2 ( code p0302) and the saprkplug coils and wires needed to be replaced i didint want to pay for that, because it was their mistake to let me go with the CEL on when they replaced the engine, then they said you put you factory intake and we check it out ....... i came back and then they said you have p0302 and p2004 and it will cost me 3000 dollar .......then i said no..... and said you made a mistake so call mazda rep ask thenm to do something about it ... they said we will contact you shortly , after 2 week without a call i came back yesterday and they check the car again clean the valve but doesnt change anything and they said that they will call mazda rep again ...... so im lost i dont know what to do, why after 2 week they dont have answer , why they want me to pay, and why they let me go with the engine on without saying anything to me 00.... any advice about what i can do ?????

Call MAZDA URSELF not the dealer...let them know how you feel.....and make sure you email them and snail mail them a nice long letter of how u are unsatisfied of their treatment....also...the dealer is local right? they act like they dont care....guess what? they should you know why?? cuz lets just say they came on the local news and other news channels about how their treatment are very poor....im sure theyd wouldnt want that....no one wants to buy from a dealer that doesnt take care of their customers...if you have to....do it...

like dude said^^^^contact MAZDA NORTH AMERICA URSELF^^^^^ i did before when i had an issue about getting my headlights replaced....and they listened...

ohh there is somthing very funny that the guy said to me.... i still laughed about it he told me one day to go to autozone and ask tjhem to rester the light to see if its going away ..... looool

yes im starting to write a huge letter now and will sent it to them....
Hope it will work i pray ... and do you have any idea if i wait to long to repair to car ... can it make something bad on the acar i mean oin the engine or on other part its a misfire on cylinder number 2 then coils sparkplug and wire and the valve p2004 .... ah ai forgot when you replace a engine they should replace the sparkplug NO ?????
