Check Engine Light?

what could be the reason for this light coming on? I read the manual but I doubt that those are any of my problems is there anything else... its a 2004, i have about 2400kms on it

orrr maybe it could be... blown o2 sensor .. :|

...instead of asking people on the internet, who have no description of symptoms or can even observe your car themselves to see what's wrong, why not take it into the dealer who can let the car tell them what it thinks is wrong with itself??

There are 81 trouble codes that could cause the MIL to illuminate, excluding the three misfire codes that cause it to flash, then illuminate.

Unless there are symptoms with your vehicle that might indicate a fault, the only way you are going to solve this is to do what wakeech says, take it to a dealer (it will be free).

so now that we all have that out of our system why dont we get back on track?

Mafia if you went to the dealer what trouble codes did they find?

There is no doubt this forum will help you when you provide just a bit more info..It's just a matter of giving us a little more to work with.

sorry guys, ended up being a blown O2 sensor. thank god for that, plus its under warranty
