ON Sub Installed, Pics and info

Just sharing. Installed the following in my 2007 RX8 with factory bose system and factory head unit:

- zero gauge power kit
- zenclosures 10" subwoofer enclosure
- Rockford Fosgate 10" T210D2 subwoofer, 800 Watts RMS
- Pioneer GM-D8601 amp with bass remote (800 Watts RMS @ 1ohm)
- Kole audio 6 farad capacitor

Ran power wire up the DRIVER'S side, after removing the seat, there were no issues (didn't really have to remove the seat, just lift the side after removing all bolts).

Notice, I used two .75" spacers to make the subwoofer fit, due to it's large depth requirement (also the hole was too small, was supposed to be 9 1/8" but was only 9").

There is a 4" port on the side of the box (not visible) tuned to 40 Hz.

Remote turn on lead was connected to the AUX fuse in the fuse box under the driver's dash via a "add-a-circuit" which was purchased from Canadian Tire for about $5.00.

The 6 farad cap illuminates and is visible between the rear seats, mounted to the rear of the box, in center (play on Flux Capacitor).

The amp has built in speaker level input sensors. Input is directly from both rear speakers (no converters were necessary).

Any questions or request for more pics, let me know.

Cheers

Thanks bro. Already had the cap from unfinished street rod project. So decided to use it here and it turns out, it lights up the interior with ambient blue light quite nicely at night time. 1.21 GIGAWATTS
