Question LEDs Door lights

Hey, I'm doing a rehaul of LEDs.

So far i've just done the front maplights... I've accessed the dome light, but soon realized i didn't have any proper LEDs for that type of bulb. Now, the door lights are 194's also, but i haven't the clue on how to access them. I noticed some REALLY awkward screws on the inside panel, but those are really hard to get at.

Anyone know how to access the door lights?

Plus... how do you access the license plate light?

thanks guys.

btw... if you ever want LEDS.. go to superbrightleds as the 6leds fit in our 194 bases whereas the 6leds from autolumination are too big... (at least that's how it was on the mazda 6)

Check the owner's manual.

I think the door lights need the cover pried off. Just use a small flat head screw driver, but pad the pivot with something soft as not to scuff the door panel.

Arrow Cover charge...

Once you get the cover pried off, be careful with the inside plastic housing - just pushing a bulb in can send the whole thing into the door. Very difficult to get back out .

I thought the door lights were fairly easy to install... I just took off the plastic cover (you may need a small screwdrive to help pry it off but don't be rough as you don't want it to break). Once the cover is off the bulb is exposed and should be easy to remove and replace.

it's really simple bro... there's a small opening on the bottom of the cover where u can slide in something to pry it open. it was really easy... i replaced all the 194's in my car w/ some blue ones... not much of a difference but a little clearer than the yellowish stock color. i'm gonna post up some pics soon... i'll post them here... u should post up yours as well so we can compare the difference. i replaced my driving lights & side markers w/ led's... those look awesome!!!!!! i'd like to see the led's inside though...
