Sounds AMAZING... Going tomorrow to a local sound shop to have them help me tune it up and get it in tip top shape.

nnnooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

find a local shop to do the work for you. check with groups in your area to see who they'd recommend. Search around on google maps for reviews of places in your area. Hire a homeless man with no teeth. ANYTHING other then going to CC or BB. Please!

If you're not comfortable doing it yourself that's ok. But don't let those hacks at Circuit City or Best Buy near your car. There are very very very few good installers at those places. Spend the time to find a good small shop and you'll be amazed at the difference.

^ I couldn't agree more. Don't let them touch your car.

I wouldnt recommend that... I have seen too many cars get "chopped up" by bestbuy and circuit city... Friends have come out with scratched dashes and equipment that doenst work correctly... just my opionion.. Do some research on here and you should be able to tackle it yourself.

Very nice setup. I had bad luck with local installers they scratched my dash and didn't want to take responsibility for it. CC screwed up my brothers dash and ordered a new one from the dealer for him. Good and bad I guess. But I'm jealous of your set up.

I guess you didn't have any problems w/ the 6X9s fitting above the ZEnclosures box?

i like that setup. looks great and clean. now when you say foam baffles for the rear 6x9's, what exactly do you mean?

also, on the topic of BB or CC installers.....i work at BB and have had countless customers compliment us on how we are hands down the best place for installs in our area (but they do hate CC bc of hack jobs), but then again, the installers we have are very good at what they do, just a few of the good ones work at my store.

No, I havent bought the caps yet.

Well, I ran into alot of little speedbumps during the install... What I suggest...

*DONT use t-taps- Soldering is the way to go.
*Instead of wiring in behind the deck, save some time and wiring and just tap in before the amp in the trunk.
*Use the Door Molex guide. It takes more time, but in the end is well worth it!
*Allow Plenty of time, Dont rush...

As for the ground, The best and closest place I found was the bolt holding the "tool box" to the floor in the trunk.

With the baffles, it rubbed a little bit getting the box in, but nothing to hurt anything..
