not sure if this is the alarm as well, but the keyless entry control module is located above the kick on the passenger side. why are you looking for the alarm?

I think its on the right, passenger side foot area. Near the door speaker, there's a panel and it should be behind the kick panel.

Atleast when I stole my car, that's where it was!

My keyless remotes have stopped working too! Mazda says I have to bring it in for them to reset them, but does anyone know of another way to reset it without taking it to the dealer? (Oh, and I've changed the batteries and they still don't work!)

Ivve tried those directions several times and have had no luck at all. Pressin the remote three times, hitting the door lock, etc. No dice. I only had one remote to begin with which left me with none. Has anyone had any luck with this???

Thanks Wilson, but my key still works, its the remote that doesn't work. Is there a way to reprogram the remote without taking it to the dealer? Is there a fuse that I should check and repalce? Cuz my alarm still works, I just have to lock and unlock the car with the key in the door.
