2009 Rx-8 body kits?
I have done some searching and for the life of me I cannot find any body kits that fit the 09. I want to buy the R3 side skirts in the future or even do something to the grille (looks to plastic-ie). If someone can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
thanks!
thanks!

Off the top of my head:
Knight Sport has a replacement grill and a lower lip.
Odula has a really nice looking CF lower lip.
RE Amemiya also has a lower lip.
All 3 look like they are made specifically for the R3 front, probably won't fit on the standard front bumper.
AutoEXE makes full front + rear bumpers.
Mazda makes a font bumper (well, 2 technically... the R3 bumper and the Mz's bumper).

I don't know how to get these lips in the US, I don't see them listed on japanparts.com, but I would contact them if you are interested... probably your best bet.
Knight Sports lip and grill (I was wrong, this looks like it's mounted on the standard bumper, not the R3:
Odula lip (this one is on an R3 bumper, I really like this one):
RE Amemiya lip RE Amemiya grill (Also for the standard bumper)

We discussed this issue at length with a number of manufacturers ( including AutoExe ) when Hiro of J-Ondemand "fame" was claiming here he represented a ton of companies in the USA + those long-term members here won't have any illusions about how quickly he went from "Hiro to Zero" ( ! )
Yes, no-one is disputing that you have a nice engraved plaque that says you're a Distributor for territory of North America ( congratulations! ) but US Anti-trust laws don't give you any exclusivity + you are actually likely to incur civil + criminal penalties should you
(1) Claim exclusivity to the detriment of a competing company
(2) Offer the product at price that is uncompetitive, which which could be interpreted as collusion to create a monopoly....
Since October 2006; Japan has drafted Anti-trust legislation that mirrors the US situation
( Just so you know )

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/Exclusive
Official and Exclusive are not the same, they have significantly different definitions.
One means to endorsed by a governing body with a strong reputation since as a large company or a government, while the other means to have sole rights to something.
These words have been around ever since the English Dictionary was created, which I believe was as early as the 8th century
( Just so you know )
Furthermore, if you read his post, he never claims exclusivity, merely official endorsement, so way to take something out of context so you can swing a bat around and grow your epeen size by making yourself look like the victim.
GJ on making something out of nothing.
At least I now know who I'll be buying kit from. Hope to see more kits coming in for the 09 to Mazmart as I'm not really a fan of that kit pictured above, but looks promising!

If that grille is painted Velocity Red to match the body (my colour) I think it may look pretty cool...
