As far as I know, I pulled no schenanigans. (I only posted two threads, maybe 5 posts all AP related.) Anyone else get banned over there?

I asked about issues surrounding not being able to connect my AP to my AP manager. I was pleasant and even complemented Cobb on their customer service.
I also was asking if we have the option to modify the APV valve opening RPM on the AccessTuner race.
Nothing else. Now I cant even see the forum. (Havent cleared my cookies yet tho.)

No. The posts were very similar to my posts here on the topic. One is a thread here on the AP connecting to the computer (I should check if it is deleted here!) and the other is similar to the post answered by MM on the Acesstuner [sic] race thread. Nothing else.
I mean I can be a jerk sometimes (it is so much fun), but I dont think I have ever even come close to a ban on any forum.

I dont know if I would go that far, but definitely like I spent 5 in the pen for GTA.
I STILL have never heard anything from them with regards to why I was booted. THis despite my daily pestering emails. THat reminds me, I need to send another one out.

Spamming them with Emails isn't going to work. They will just continue to ignore you and it will strengthen their resolve. Send a snail mail message to the company. Address it to one of the managers or Trey himself. Be humble. They have all the power, you have none. If you have an exact quote of the offending message, include that in the letter. Plead ignorance to what may have offended the moderator. Request an explanation and a reinstatement.

they are being hit by a ton of spambots. I subscribed to the main rx8 forum and all I get are emails about fad diets, and viagra.
They might be wacking random threads and you're being hit in the cross fire.

If it was just part of a bot cleanup, then the mod wouldnt ignore his emails for reinstatement. Its just a BS abuse of power on that particular mods part (or maybe even higher up?). Would rather just totally delete the evidence rather than provide an explanation that would potentially create more work for them most likely. F&#$*NG CONSPIRACY!

sorry i didnt get back to your pm carbon. but i suspect what happened is that your ip got slammed along with a spammer. . writing the letter to them as Al says will be the easiest way to get it cleared up. did you try to phone them?

This is all great info (except the whole conspiricy thing. On my computer issue, Cobb CS was great and spent several hours on my problem. On the lack of SSV control, the ATR is freeware; that makes it their choice to do as they please.)
I have avoided calling as I didn't want to mix AP issues with Forum issues. I will send some snail mail and see what happens.
