DIY Ram Air Hole
You need to form a template out of blue painter's tape first of all. Locate where you want the ram air duct to be positioned. Be careful to place the tape down evenly and level before you cut into your bumper. Acquire a dremel tool as it will speed up the cutting process. I used a tungsten carbide cutting bit to cut the hole in the bumper. Slowly cut along the edge of the tape and follow it like a stencil.
Make sure that the duct fits in the hole. if not, keep trimming until it does.
I used stainless bolts and nuts to fasten the duct to the bumper.
If you have any questions, please ask have fun
I used the 350z duct btw
