Racing Beat products?

Hello All,
I was browsing the web for additional Rx-8 related material and came upon this company. Does anybody have any comments/experiences on their products? What was interesting is the picture of the RX-8 exhaust on their site.

Well here's the link if anybody is interested.

Hi,
I put a RacingBeat exhaust, header and cold air intake on my 2001 Miata SE. Their stuff is very high quality, looks good and works well. I'll probably buy from them when they make more RX8 components.

RB displayed their prototype exhausts for the RX8 at 7stock. they were taking an informal poll on what tip to use for the final version. they had one on their RX8 and another on Mazdatrix's...

i have pics of the exhausts if anyone wants them....i have to resize them if i post it here. let me know if you guys want to see it.

take care

i only had the close up of the prototype tip on the RB car. the only other picture i had was the one on the RB site, so i won't bother with that one.
sorry, i thought i had more, but i hope you guys get the idea.

oh yeah, the RB representative also said that the tip that was most popular was the one that is in the picture on their site. it looks like that is the one that will make it to production.

the reactions were given with the picture i attached was that it was a little "ricey" in so many words, according to the rep.
the third tip they were thinking of using was one that was similar to the old tips from their exhausts (FD, FC exhausts). but they were deemed too "old school" for the RX8. personally i am a big fan of the "old school" tips. on my FD, there is no soot buildup on them because they were double walled. that was my suggestion to the rep, especially with the build-up on our stock tips at the moment.

take care

I really would like to see the 2 inch or 3 inch single tips like those for the FD on the 8 (on both sides). The RB exhausts for the FD are sexual.

i am a big fan of the old school tips as well, especially since it gives the car the stock, sleeper look.
i vote for a 3 in. tip for the RX8.
