TN Emissions testing in Williamson County (TN)

Just curious, anyone know if removing the cat will kill the emissions test in Williamson County in TN? I've heard that some emissions tests are fine when it's removed, but I'm hoping someone in Williamson County has some experience in this and can tell me.

Otherwise, I'm thinking maybe just tossing a flange to the front and rear and swapping it out once a year when I go to do the testing. A 4 bolt flange on both would have only 8 to remove, and I would just have to do it one weekend out of 52. Or is that a completely stupid idea?
