BASICS:
CLEAN AND CLEAR Arkansas title, no liens, no prior collision damage

29k on JDM engine and transmission
WWP exterior, cloth interior, BASE (tips the CAT scales up the road from me at a touch over 2760 lbs)
Exterior paint could do with a buff but no rust whatsoever
A few door dings etc but nothing you can see from 10' away
The gearbox is a 5-speed M/T unit from a standard power car from Japan.
Racing Beat REVi intake installed (comes with stock'er in the trunk)
Comes w/Cobb AP and AccessTuner Race (shows as for 2005 FED 4A/T because that's the PCM in it currently)
Brakes are about 40% in the front
Tires are about 40%
Belts have about 10k miles left on them
Coils are brand new, as are wires and plugs
Starter is uprated version (N3H1-A)
Battery is Optima Red Top Group 35 and is 1200 miles old
DDM 6000k HID's
LaminX yellow film on brand new Mazda branded fog lights.
Comes with a spare, brand new set of coils from Autozone.
Clutch, master, slave, lines (etc) all have 29k on them or less.
EUDM gauge cluster reads 101,000 miles. In reality car has 112k. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS!!! Also comes w/original A/T gauge cluster showing correct mileage.
Rare 5 spd rotary shift **** (Rare in the US, I mean)
Also comes w/Razo shift ****
Engine mounts have not a whole heck of a lot of miles on them. I'd say between 20 and 30k

For those of you without the time to read all of that stuff, here's the synopsis:

Started life as a 4 port A/T car.
Low compression took hold.
Replaced w/JDM 4 port that happened to have a 5 speed M/T hanging off of the back.
Compression tested out fine, and I really hate auto transmissions so I installed the pair un-touched.
Cobb AP masks the DTC for missing TCM
The only thing on the whole car that doesn't work is cruise
Other non-standard stuff: and the cat has been gutted, there's a ding on the front bumper and a chunk taken out of the driver's seat lower which you can kinda see in the pictures.

I know $7000 seems steep, and truth be told, it probably is. Go ahead and shoot me an offer.

I have about $6000 into the car all told not including my labor, so I'm a bit flexible.

I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car across country as it sits right now.

If you're in California, my smog guy said it wouldn't pass the OBD II portion because of some check digit in the CVN not lining up, which I assume is caused by the Access Port masking the U0101 DTC.

Speaking of tunes, the current tune raises the idle slightly, lowers the fan start temps, juices up the MOP flow and bumps the redline to 8500. If you do put a real cat on this thing, I'd lower the MOP rates.

Again, I really don't want to sell the car, I've put a lot of sweat equity into her that I'm never going to see back but because of the smog thing I can't take it to CA, which is where I'm moving to. I just want it to go to a good, enthusiast home. I'm willing to take a small hit on the price for that.

Thanks man. Depressing as hell... on the other hand, the Volvo and I just landed in LA. Home sweet home. I'm tempted to just drop it at carmax but I'd hate to see it go to someone who doesn't appreciate rotaries.
