Weird Spots back window of new Rx8

Weird Spots back window of new Rx8-car-window-polarized.jpg

Can anyone tell me what these spots are? My RX8 has these, it is brand new and the windows have never been cleaned by me and it has never been smoked in? I can see it with and without sunglasses?? These are not the actual pictures but something similar I found online?

No it's not tinted, and I can see them with and without sun glassess. My cousin said he thinks it is delaminating and may need new glass unless I want to live with the way it looks. It's under warranty, just the dealership is an hour away and I want to know what I am talking about when I get there.

Show a pic it should not look that bad. The tint is sprayed on not a glued film it's for UV protection. Old Mazda interiors would turn into dust.. literally.

As everyone has already mentioned this is common on all newer cars. I have a 98 Grand Cherokee and this happens to the windows all the time, especially the rear window.
