One of these days I'll get around to making a thread with all my personal tricks and zaino advice. Till then, enjoy:

very good information... Even though I detail my car, there isnt anyone who is next to me who does it themselves. They feel the need to hire someone to do it..... Its relaxing for me too...

Wtf? Detailing is hardly relaxing. That's like saying shaving in the morning is relaxing.

Gameguy369 knows his ish.

detailling is extremely time consuming. and works out your arms. haha

the condition and appearance of the car afterwards is priceless though.

I have found another, illustrated article to be a good introduction to detailing: http://www.matey-matey.com/auto-detailing.shtml

[Just replace the DeWalt *heavy-duty sander* with a Porter Cable 7424 *random-orbit buffer*, it costs less and is more suitable for polishing clear coats.]

^+100..................I've met some really cute girls/women this way and also made some new friends. It's surprising how many people will stop as they drive or walk by and start up a conversation...starting with the car, they just seem to love it!
And.................being a block from the beach means that most of the girls are in bikini's which is always a plus for sure!
