Good Tire Wet Gel?

Hey guys after Zainoing my car yesterday, I was looking for a good tire wet gel? I think I found one. As bad as it sounds, Armol-All has a new gel out that is supposed to last weeks on end, yeah right, and has a high gloss appeal. Has anyone used this one yet or can any one suggest a good gel?

Anything petro/silicone based ruins tires. Unless your into car shows it's probably good to leave the tires alone.

The way the RX-8 goes through its tires, chances are pretty small your tires would deteriorate from using that stuff before you had to get new tires.

Personally, I find it more annoying that silicone based stuff is damn hard to get off once it's on. For that reason I've stuck with Aerospace 303...which is all your tire really needs.

Regardless of what products I use, immediate application after car wash doesn't last long. However leaving the tires to completely dried overnight and then applied the next day last me almost 2 weeks with daily rain.

That's great stuff, until the applicator breaks off. Old School shaped sponge myself.

I have the Meguires and like it. They have a shaped sponge in the kit.

What's the difference between tire gel and a tire spray like say the new Meguiars NXT Insane tire shine. Thats the stuff I have been using and it seems like it never goes away, so what are the differences?
