Can anyone walk me through fixing my front lenses? Anyone know of a great product for noob like myself to use and restore scratched or foggy plastic? Everything else shines:
Any help would be appreciated...

There are tons of products for this. Just google Plastic Lens Polish and take your pick. Some just sort of wipe on and off and just fill the voids. Others require you to chuck a wheel in a drill and seriously do some polishing with different compounds till you get it smooth again.

Is this "fogging" on the outside of the lens (in which case, a plastic polish is what you need) or on the inside.
Many owners have experienced a film buildup on the inside of the lens, a well-known defect with a TSB covering it, covered by warranty if you are still under 50,000 miles. There is a lot of discussion on this forum about the filmy headlight problem.

I just posted a thread on condensation fogging of my taillights...my brother had this problem with a miata. He took the housing apart and
1) Used Zymol liquid wax. Zymol removes fine scratches
when that wasn't enough...
2) Used Turtle wax rubbing compound with a little bit of water
That did the trick for him...it also works great on acrlyic aquariums!
P.S.
Make sure you reseal the housing good & evenly afterwards...

Did any of you try any of that "smoke film?"
What are your thoughts?
Keith
Im think in that it might hide the foggy-ness and offer a cool look too

They dont offer warrenties for cars with my kind of miles...too much of a risk at this point.
