The wrap is to insulate the piping from the engine bay, to keep the air as cool as possible. It doesn't look as pretty, but does make a difference, especially with metal pipes.

So what man, I want that box. It's so hard to find anyone selling it, and HKS doesn't part **** out. I even lied to them saying mine wasn't included in the suction kit. Nothing.. but yeah, I don't think my oil catch can would fit anyways.

Fiberglass heat wrap. It gets kinda hot around the intake since the radiator is near by. It generally gets warm under any engine bay, but yah it's to keep the pipe as cool as I can. Don't care how it looks.
