Or are the mods pushing their own morality down on him??? Banning a key vendor for the RX8 platform is not cool. It seems down right petty. I want answers........ Who's morality are we enforcing? Was there any illegal, against the law type transactions conducted here?

Whatever their motivations are this is not the place to discuss the matter. A locked single post thread with a good explanation from a moderator\administrator would be of great help in forming our opinion and make our own questions in private.
This board doesn't need another angry mob and superheroes fighting one against the other.

I personally don't care whether Brice is banned or not.. but let's put it in perspective. Someone takes your money, promises you a product, runs away and you get left high and dry. You curse him and say you'll never buy his products again.

Now someone else comes and sells products that looks a damn lot like the first guy's, and assures you that it isn't from that first guy. That no money is being sent to that first guy, and that he has no relationship to that first guy. Now, suddenly you find out he's related to that first guy, wouldn't you be pissed off?

Just because Brice didn't do something against the law doesn't mean he didn't ruin relationships with the moderators of this board. If he did, the moderators do have the right to remove his presence, especially if they feel that he's no longer trustworthy to serve the RX-8 public.

So in summary - you don't always know what's good for you. Sure, I really wanted to buy brake pads and lines from Brice, along with that aluminum underpanel he's been producing, but if his reputation is so bad amongst other forums, I'll go to another vendor.

You can still visit his website if you really want to buy from him anyways.

Have I done anything Illegal no. Have I mislead the public yes and that thread is exposing myself for the mistakes I made.

I agree with what you are saying I have lost the trust of the RX-8 community and this is a huge slap in the face to them.

That thread was also reaching out to the community saying hey if you were defrauded by Scott and you didn't get XYZ product I will help you out in one way or another to make things right.

If it is one of the items that I currently have listed on the website let me know I am here to help the community.

Absolutely, those events that transpired on the other forums were issues steming from me working with Scott on that project. Not only did it blow up and screw me over but I am making it right to the customers that are still owed product. We have issues refunds to customers that paid for products and worked out a solution one way or the other.

I appreciate the support but I made mistakes and was wrong misleading the public since Fluid's inception sales spiked as I was one of the top vendors. Then as issues came out sales decreased so I am learning from my mistakes everyone has a right to their opinion for or against me.

The moderating staff has been so kind to allow me to continue on the forums I still need to make it be known I made these mistakes.

I think ultimately, if you do business well and odd hang-ups do not occur any further, then things will become normal for you again. Dunno bout MSF, since those guys seem a little more fanatic about things.

I don't imagine it'll be a short process, and I don't imagine a larger part of the community would know or care of what transpired, but I'll be glad if you get everything cleared up.

As for your questions b - this is not about Scott. Its about Brice. Brice lied to everyone including the moderating staff about about who he was doing business with. Its that deceitful stance that has lead to this.

As for morality- yes we do it everyday. Thems the rules we agreed to enforce. You dont get to lie to the community and lie to the staff and get away with it because you deliver on time. Its also not about who he has done right but by how he handles things when they go wrong which is too often very badly. We don't feel we can trust him.
