just so every one knows i'm not trying to get spoon feed information. Just cant find a answer any where. Last time i went to the drag strip i heard a couple people saying that rotary engines can red line for a while before hurting the engine. So i'm wondering for racing, if you burn out for example and stay at 9000 rpm are you hurting your engine by keeping it at those rpm's? or is it better to shift and lose some power. Thanks for any answers just cant find out about this.

you can overrev a Rotary Engine, but before you overrev it the Flywheel will disintegrate and kill you first, that's all.
and seriously? you can't find with Search? if you are that retarded then MAYBE you should get another car, Rotary is NOT for you.

UM no he did not. And IIRC, he has also never owned a Renesis either.
