picking up late fri or early sat need help
it is a 214 mile trip to my Mazda dealer. for trip planing purposes what does the manual say about break in. speed and rev limits. and recommendation on rev variations. I do plan to read my manual but i would like to have a ball park idea ahead or time to plan my trip for thing such as hotel reservations. thank you in advance.

If you sign up for mymazda you can download a pdf of the owners manual before your trip and be fully versed.

Haven't looked lately but I think the manual calls for a 600 mile breakin period.

The day after picking up mine, we left on a 300 mile trip for a week's vacation.
Most of the travel was interstate, so virtually every mile I was changing the revs within 500 rpm's. It was a tiring trip but worth it.
Just keep changing your revs instead of letting it sit at a certain rev, and you will be fine.
