Angry Look at these Pics of my Headlights!!!

http://www.boomspeed.com/boom3k/2008/IMG00086.jpg
The passenger side headlight is fricking low! i went to the dealer and the service guy told me that it was going to adjust itself. But its been a week now. Any suggestions other than "Buy a new headlight."??

Try another dealer. That one sounds like a bunch of "tards.

there is an auto leveling system. if thats broke i have one to replace... and i have a passenger headlight to replace if you need that as well. Looks like its just that auto leveler. if youve hit anything on the road it may have broken the adjuster arm that connects to the suspension.

looks like the autoleveler is outta wack,, but in general passenger side lights are usually higher(driverside being lower for oncomig traffic) so they are really outta level,, tell your dealer to check the autoleveler again...

Im juss going to try to do what snipaz2420 said. I mean the auto leveling light isnt coming on so it might juss be needing a quick adjustment. by the way! the dealership did replace my lamp back in May so that might be it too.

Maybe when the dealer put the new bulb in, they put it in upsidedown. I've heard of that happening before and looks similar to what yours looks like. Just a thought.

i thought the lights had a locating tab on them that keeps them from being installed incorrectly.

the headlights are adjusted using a simple screwdriver.

but before you do that, make sure the arm that connects the headlights to the suspension is not bent or messed up. That will throw it off too.

Crank the wheel all the way to the left and undo the plastic clips in the inner fender well. Push the plastic out of the way and you should see a plastic cover. Unscrew it and you wil see a metal plug that attaches to the bulb. I believe you have to twist it a bit and then pull. It should come right out. There will be 2 clips you have to pinch and push out of the way and then you can pull out the bulb...slowly! You may want to have a flashlight handy because it's dark in there and hard to see what you are doing.

This is true, however, it has been done before and the metal clips will hold it in place even if the bulb is upside down.
